"We definitely enjoyed the pool and McCoys. Thought about Hemisphere on the 9th floor but couldn’t swing the $$$$. It’s a shame more middle class people can’t enjoy that experience. That said, the Hyatt in the airport is so convenient for early flights, highly recommended!"

However the lady that checked us in upon arrival was anything but friendly. Not a single smile, quite rude and snippy when talking to our family. She couldnt have cared less if she tried.
