"Stayed at the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and overall had a pretty good experience. The hotel itself is very large, spacious, and has a nice resort-style atmosphere. The grounds and common areas feel open and relaxing, especially if you’re spending time around the pool or walking through the property. The rooms were comfortable, but they definitely feel a bit outdated, especially with the carpet flooring. A room refresh in the future would make a big difference. The restaurants and food on site...

"Nice new hotel and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was geared up for families. We took advantage of the free Universal shuttle bus after purchasing the park passes from the vacation desk on the premises."

"The location and service is top class. Staffs are very helpful. A great location to go to the parks. Loved the water taxi ride. The pool was little crowded, but the kids loved the slide. The gave a free icecream for my younger son's birthday. Overall 5 star exoerience. Highly recommended."
