"Clean and nice grounds for the hotel. Would've preferred a room facing the interior pool and gardens rather than the freeway but still not too bad. Was told the EV chargers were non functional on check in but one still worked so two cars could charge."

It was very old and uncomfortable. We had to used it as we are a family of 5. We suggest to update those sofas for a more comfortable ones. Besides that, we loved to stay at this hotel. "

"Location: Good combination of quiet, residential location and a short walking distance to the beach and shops. Inn facilities, breakfast service and staff better than expected. The room we had was large and comfortable; fireplace was a plus but wished the outdoor tub worked as advertised. Tub needed cleaning and jets were non-functional. Overall, minus the tub, a pleasant one night stay. "

"The location was great. We could easily walk to the Wharf and the Boardwalk. Parking was tight, but once we parked, we didn't need to move the car until we headed up to the mountains. The staff was friendly. The room was on the small side but clean. We had a balcony that had a view of the wharf."

We were there on a warm weekend - yet bizarrely there were no furniture cushions on the patio couches and chairs that were obviously designed with cushions. "Beautiful pool and room. Very comfortable beds and our room was so nicely decorated. There was a confusion about spa hours but spa was open every day just spa services were closed on certain days. That's a big difference. I loved the spa jacuzzi ambiance but steam room was not working :( good news sauna was working but BEAWRE sauna has a wall of tiles and the sign is not clear and I almost got a reallly bad burn!! 🔥 they should fix that. "This time breakfast was canceled. Parking requires scanning a barcode, and you have to register an account for WiFi. The bathroom floors were also really dirty. We probably won’t be coming back."

"The check-in process was mediocre at best. We were uncharged $11 per child since they weren’t on the Expedia reservation. We asked for more pillows and they did end up being them but originally told us 4 people in room and 4 pillows saying there were no more in the hotel. Even though two of th pillows looked to be more decorative. Rooms are good. Beds okay. Shower is fine. Nothing special. Good location (close to mystery spot and the board walk and downtown). Will definitely be trying...
