"The room was great, comfy bed and bedding, great colors and art. The housekeeping staff(Eva) was friendly and nice and Steph at the Front desk was very welcoming and capable. I loved that there was a microwave in the room and that the room had 2 sinks(1 outside the bathroom). That coffee machine in the lobby is the best! The only thing I disliked was that the jacuzzi wasn’t very warm. We will gladly stay again."

"The room was clean enough and adequate. Staff tried their best given the staffing shortage they advised us about. Our unit didn't have a smoke detector, one kitchen cabinet door wouldn't close and the toilet seat was not the right fit/shape - oval seat place on a round toilet bowl. There was a veryy partial ocean view from one of the windows. Parking was tricky. Pet friendly though and comfortable bed."

"Amazing new, much needed location, here in Santa Cruz. I felt as if I was at a San Diego Resort. The rooms were amazing, decor was was cohesive with the Spanish flair and elegance of the lobby. Bedding was amazing. No cut corners. Will definitely go back."

"This is our favorite place to stay in Santa Cruz. The property is beautiful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Awesome showers and toiletries. The pool and hot tub area is so fun and the outdoor couches are so comfy. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The free coffee bar, snowcones and popcorn are a definite bonus. Walking distance to the boardwalk, the pier and many restaurants. Perfect. Highly recommend. This was our third stay and we will be back as often as possible!"

"I’ve stayed at the Seaway Inn off and on for more than 30 years. It’s a beautiful, updated smaller property that is near the Santa Cruz Pier and Boardwalk. It’s had different owners over the years and has been updated. The beds, and pillows are very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, and very quiet. You don’t really hear the street noise but can hear the waves from the ocean. Our king room offered a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating....

"This motel is conveniently located in the Eastside neighborhood, in the Soquel triangle. We love this neighborhood! A classic 50s style motel, very roomy, great wifi and cable tv, clean and spacious bathroom, comfy bed"

"Beautiful location! Short hike through the forest was awesome! Dog friendly. My key didn’t work to get into the hot tub. And room service was great but didn’t open the wine. I should have noticed but didnt. Plumbing issues. I enjoyed my visit overall"
