"Very welcoming family and cute property. "

"Easy access. Beautiful forest setting and creek access. Cozy little cabins have all u really need. 2 person hot tub was ready to go and enjoyable. Could use open/close able blackout shades over skylights so can sleep in a little longer. Otherwise really nice and easy 10min drive into soquel/Capitola village. Would return in a minute if wanting forest vs beach setting. Bonus is it’s out of the coastal fog bank. "

"The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Shorts drives to the beaches in Capitola and Santa Cruz , the cabin is cute and has everything you need .my wife enjoyed the hot tub .we will be back "

"We stayed for my wife's 50th birthday dinner and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is super convenient, yet secluded. The views are stunning and property has everything you could possibly need!"

"This place is very nice and clean. The rooftop pool is great. Just as others commented, there are codes to remember and the pull out couch is not meant to be slept on. It’s all springs. I booked a place that is supposed to sleep four. I put my two kids on the floor on mats. The sleeper sofa is terrible. The apartment is really nice. "

"The only issue I had was the paperwork and communication was annoying. I had to fill out two different forms with basically the same information. I got 27 emails from booking to checkout. That was excessive. The place itself was fine. Easy walk to the restaurants and stuff."

"Perfect spot to spend a few days near the beach and Santa Cruz. Walking distance to beach, shops, and quick mountain getaways! Charming and cozy, would stay again."

"We enjoyed how most camping spots offered a good amount of privacy. I would recommend arriving in daylight. We arrived just after sunset and it was difficult to navigate in the dark having never been there before. It was a shame we couldn't have a fire, but the hike on the property was lovely. "

"The pictures don't do the house justice. This place felt more like a home than most rentals. Home is well equipped, comfortable, labels everywhere so you know how things work, and the security at the entrance was amazing! Lisa is a fantastic and I hope to stay here again!"

"Had a great stay here. The checkin process was a little different. Was suppose to get the code for the front door sent to me via email but had to wait outside while I contacted the host for the code, but they responded pretty quick so it wasn't too much of a hassel. Property was very nice. Great views and close enough to the places we wanted to go to. Room was nice, clean, and bed was pretty comfortable. Overall had a great stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Cruz in this cozy little cottage. No bells and whistles here, but it was just enough and what we needed for a great stay. We celebrated my daughter's 13th birthday with a little girls trip and we loved being in the center between Capitola and Santa Cruz. "This house is so cute! And right on the water! We’re so glad we brought binoculars because we could see the whales from the window, which really got us excited for our whale watch. House had all the amenities, and heaters for when it’s chilly. If you plan on going down to the water, you better be ready for a glute workout because there are over 100 stairs to the beach. There are two parking spaces, but if you have an SUV, you will need to take both spaces on diagonal. My only complaint is that...

"We usually stay in Aptos but found this location so central to everything and so nice to take short walk to beach! Plenty of room for our party of 7 adults and 7 children. There were a few issues - but Michelle responded immediately to the issues. All in all a great experience - everyone commented the beds were comfortable!"
