"I have been staying here spending good money because never had issues at all. Then had to move upstairs even though have bad foot and sciatica problems. I limp when I walk. Didn't matter. Had to move upstairs. Then back downstairs. Management not considerate nor customer oriented. Front desk is great housekeeping too, those ladies are awesome. It's too bad Management isnt at same par. Hopefully the staff and clients stay on with this new management. "

"The property and staff were wonderful! The downside was when i booked through Expedia (2 rooms), the Inn only had my reservation as 1 room (Expedia's fault)! Thankfully the Inn had another room available and booked it for me at the same cost as the first room- exceptional!"

"Wonderful quiet historic setting. Short drive to some unique restaurants. Reasonably priced. Nice patio or balcony. $50 a day extra for a small quiet dog is a bit steep but still a fair price. Close to Santa Cruz and San Jose by car in the Redwood forest...heavenly!"

"i arrived very late after my flight got in to sfo. the drive to moss landing was easy and the hotel was right off highway 1. it was nicely lit up and my key was waiting for me in the lockbox. the communication with the management made for smooth entry. my room was warm as they had turned on the heat for me and the reception area had self serve hot tea and any snacks you could think of if you arrive with a bit of an appetite. the room was clean and the bed and linens were very comfy. so quiet! ...
