"The place is nice, we have stayed there before with no issues. Unfortunately the last time we visited we had a very uncomfortable situation where House Keeping just walked right in while we were showering at 9:30 am even though check out isn't till noon. It was a male staff member that appeared to be knocking on the door (which he had a passkey for) while simultaneously opening the door to let himself in, SHOCKING! I was appalled and notified the frint desk. "

"i arrived very late after my flight got in to sfo. the drive to moss landing was easy and the hotel was right off highway 1. it was nicely lit up and my key was waiting for me in the lockbox. the communication with the management made for smooth entry. my room was warm as they had turned on the heat for me and the reception area had self serve hot tea and any snacks you could think of if you arrive with a bit of an appetite. the room was clean and the bed and linens were very comfy. so quiet! ...
