"The room was very clean, staff was responsive. They communicated check in instructions clearly, but not until the day of the reservation. I do wish there was more communication before the reservation to indicate how check in would work. It was a great location though, and for the price we got more than we expected. We would stay there again. "

"Daniel was the most gracious host and so very helpful! The unit was a perfect location with a 2 min walk to Trevi and so easy to call an Uber. It’s right in the heart of great shopping and wonderful restaurants. "

"Hotel staff were incredible. I accidently left my cell phone in a taxicab and they contacted the taxi companies and help me get to the driver that brought it back."

"At first it was hard to find since it was a secure building entrance. Once buzzed in they came to find us. Also, they we're able to bring us breakfast a bit earlier since we had a day trip planned. So close to dinning and sites. We loved it!"

"Breakfast was okay, but that's just because compared it to the hotel we had stayed before arriving to Rome (Spadai in Florence). It still had good options.service was always great. All the workers are amazing, bellhop Marco was a superstar. Rooms were remarkable and spacious. Shower were nice and big. The only issue was the showers even with the nonslip mat were dangerously slippery because the tub is so high, I slipped 2 separate days trying to get out. Enjoyed my stay though, perfect location...
