"It was the ease of getting to the Arena to see Lionel Ritchie. Parking although we were in the overflow car park, was cheaper and also better than Arena parking. "Stayed for part of the bank holiday with my parents and my family in the Dainton Suite which was nice and spacious as pictured. The rooms were clean and each suite room had its own shower. "Pleasantly surprised at how large the room was. While there are a few areas of wear and tear, I found the room to be comfortable and clean. "It was a tale of two halves. Nicky and Lisa on reception were really helpful and pleasant, as were the other staff we interacted with, but housekeeping let the side down. Lipstick marked glasses and a less than pristine bath on arrival; our cups weren't refreshed but towels were (even though we didn't ask for them) on the second day. It is a lovely spot though."
