"I found this hotel / villa with VIP Access searching through Expedia’s website. It is a hidden gem for those looking for a serene and beautiful environment (with views of vineyards and expansive landscapes). There are bed & breakfast type rooms in the main house, or multi-bedroom villas near the main house. "We needed to get to the train station rather early, so chose this for location. That said, we LOVED it. the staff is terrific and it's gorgeous and spacious. We had a small balcony and view of the river. We could walk to the tour we wanted to do. I would not hesitate to book here."

"This hotel was in the perfect area for exploring Lisbon. We arrived early after an overnight flight and were able to store our luggage and explore. We stayed on the third floor and even though it was on a busy street it was very quiet at night (great soundproofing when the windows closed). Everything we wanted to see in Lisbon was a quick walk away or transit was close by. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lisbon. "

"Perfect location- it is central to Alfama excitement on a quiet residential street. We were generously upgraded to a balcony room and it had some of the best views of the city. Do note that because it’s a residential street rideshare companies cannot drop you off there so it is best to coordinate with the hotel to pick you up from the airport so you don’t have to drag your luggage up the hill."

"This is a fabulous hotel. It’s spotlessly clean, the bedroom was lovely, the breakfast incredible and the staff are amazing, so helpful and attentive. The Guest Service Manager, Pedro Falcao, was sensational. I have never been to a hotel where someone goes out of their way so much to be helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Pedro is an outstanding advert for an outstanding hotel. Highly recommended!"
