"The staff were mostly friendly and helpful if in somewhat small supply. Pool bar on 6th floor barely staffed and not actually by pool. Had to ring to reception to get someone to come up and serve.
The decor was a little tired and outdated. Cover to toilet flush fell off although it was quickly put right by the time we came back around lunch - clearly cleaning crew reported it and had it fixed. Old fashioned shower over bath.
Hot breakfast wasn’t!! I tried the first two days thinking day one...

"The hotel was centrally located and not too far from the City Centre.
Rooms were clean and nice. House keeping comes everyday to clean and replenish. The staff were very polite and helpful, answered a y queries I had.
Buffet breakfast had an array of choices from breads, fruits, to pastries.
Our kids enjoyed the pool only one improvement I'd suggest is to put in like 4 heavy duty fans. That pool house was steaming hot.
The Soul restaurant was by far the best. Ivo our server was very attentive...

It's straight up a great experience and fun. You can take a short walk down to the acquarium and enjoy local access to restuarants and other novelty places.
