"The air conditioning was ineffective in our unit — it had two different units and they would not lower the room temp at night below 25 C. It was uncomfortable for sleeping. I told the person at the office (office closed early at 6 pm) but they did not do anything about it. The room was ok, spacious but basic. Water pressure was excellent in shower."

"Lovely hotel in a central location, easy access to transport links, breakfast was eaten in your own room, with fresh bread and pastries hung in a bag on your door handle around 8am, kitchenette within the room, fridge stocked daily with your breakfast needs. I would recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a place with character, with ease in getting to places of interest in and around Lisbon."
