Designed with an open-plan layout, the space seamlessly integrates the living, dining, sleeping, and kitchen areas. It includes a comfortable double bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, and a dining table perfect for shared meals. The living room also features a single divan, which can be requested to accommodate a child.

Wide windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting ambience. You'll also have access to a balcony with seating, where you can soak in the refreshing sea breeze and enjoy views of the beach.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials, including an electric hob and a coffee machine, allowing you to prepare delicious meals effortlessly.

The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before your arrival. It is located on the 1st floor of the building and is equipped with an elevator for easy access.

Additionally, you’ll have access to a shared pool, perfect for a refreshing swim.

This property is situated in Sesimbra, a picturesque fishing village on Portugal's Costa Azul. The area is renowned for its stunning beaches, such as Praia do Ouro, which is ideal for sunbathing and swimming. Nearby, the historic Castelo de Sesimbra offers panoramic views of the town and sea, providing a glimpse into the region's rich past. For nature enthusiasts, the Serra da Arrábida Natural Park boasts scenic hiking trails and diverse wildlife.

Culinary delights are abundant in this area, especially for seafood lovers. Portofino, located on Praia do Ouro, offers an exquisite dining experience with a focus on fresh seafood dishes, all set within a sophisticated ambiance. Another excellent option is Sósal Beach Bar, also situated on Praia do Ouro, which serves a variety of Portuguese seafood specialties in a relaxed beachfront setting. Both establishments provide not only delicious meals but also stunning views of the Atlantic, enhancing the overall dining experience.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The Umberto Delgado Airport is a 50-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
