House with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden and swimming pool. Home with modern architecture just 20 minutes walk and 5 minutes drive from the beach of "Aldeia do Meco", with parking. Located very close to the village where you can enjoy and delight in regional and excellent quality food in good restaurants and bars. Holds great proximity to some sports such as windsurfing schools (Lagoa de Albufeira School - 5 minutes), surf and bodyboard (school of Sesimbra - 10 minutes). For those who enjoy golf there is a field in Quinta do Peru about 30 minutes. Nearby is Sesimbra, Cape Espichel, Arrábida, Setúbal, Azeitão. Take the A2 from Lisbon, take the exit for Sesimbra, then turn right at the roundabout to the Aldeia do Meco, the house is located 30 minutes from Lisbon. Beaches that delight your visitors with sea and landscape to lose sight of, participate in the best sunset parties in the bars of these wonderful beaches. TV and Internet.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Dazu ist es modern und gemütlich eingerichtet.Als Familie kann man sich gut im Innen- und Außenbereich verteilen und einfach wohlfühlen.Nur an die bellenden Hunde der Nachbarschaft, mussten wir uns erst mal gewöhnen.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Maison très propre et tout confort. Excellente literie …Piscine impeccable / jardin bien entretenu …Rien ne manque … par contre nous aurions préféré un accueil physique ( entrée et sortie ) plutôt qu’une boîte à clef pour le côté plus convivial mais nous avons passé un excellent séjour quand même !

Just what we wanted, a beautiful base close to wonderful beaches. The village has everything you need, groceries, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shop etc. Fully equipped villa, with everything you need, including pool towels, always a bonus. The pool works perfectly, small but deep enough for a dip to cool off. Yes there are dogs and chickens nearby, but didn’t bother us, wasn’t continuous. Surprised by the lack of aircon, always take it as a guarantee but even though the temp was mid 30’s, it does cool off at night. Again not a problem for us as we don’t rely on aircon, but might be an issue to others. Wonderful modern house for 4 people, ample of space, pool amazing and great place to base yourselves to explore the area with ease.

Einen wunderbaren Urlaub...

... haben wir in Antonias Villa in Alfarim verbracht. Die Villa ist sauber, sehr schön u gemütlich eingerichtet.Es ist alles da, was man benötigt, auch in der Küche. Das Sofa ist schön groß, die Betten sind bequem u die Zimmer und Schränke sind schön groß! Der Pool ist schön erfrischend!Ein tolles Haus, wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Die Kommunikation mit Antonia war unkompliziert und immer nett. Bei Fragen o.ä. reagierte sie schnell. Danke dafür!!!Die Ankunft war unkompliziert, dank Schlüsselsafe ist man zeitlich nicht so im Stress. Ein kleines Willkommens-geschenk hat uns den ersten Abend versüsst :-) .Die Lage der Villa hat uns gut gefallen, man ist schnell zum wirklich tollen Strand gefahren, hat in wenigen Auto- oder Fußminuten mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Meer ist wunderschön, mit den Wellen muss man umgehen können, mir waren sie etwas zu wild... Aber da ist ja jeder anders.Die Menschen im Ort sind sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation funktioniert immer irgendwie, auch ohne portugiesisch zu sprechen... Alfarim ist klein, lebendig und authentisch!Die Lagune bei Alfarim ist sehenswert.Sesimbra hat einen schönen Stadtstrand mit seichten Wellen. Auch die Burgruine ist sehenswert und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Der Cabo Espichel mit Leuchtturm & Kloster sind auch schön anzuschauen.Und natürlich, nicht zu vergessen, Lissabon erreicht man in ca 1 Std.Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dieser tollen Gegend u in dem super Ferienhaus.Melanie & Family

Heimelige Villa mit guter Ausstattung – Pool etwas überdosiert

Das Haus war sehr gemütlich und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet – man fühlte sich direkt wohl. Auch die Lage war super: ruhig, gut erreichbar und perfekt für entspannte Tage. Die Ausstattung war vollständig und hochwertig – hier hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Das Haus war zudem sehr gepflegt und sauber.Etwas seltsam war allerdings der Pool. Das Wasser war stark säuerlich und nach nur wenigen Badegängen begannen unsere Augen zu brennen – auch auf der Haut war ein leichtes Brennen spürbar, und das Wasser schmeckte deutlich ätzend. Vermutlich wurde für die Poolgrösse zu viel Reinigungsmittel / Chlor verwendet.Trotzdem würden wir wiederkommen – das Gesamtpaket aus Lage, Komfort und Atmosphäre hat für uns gestimmt. Wenn das mit dem Pool noch angepasst wird, ist es eine nahezu perfekte Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Die Location entsprach 100% den gemachten Angaben und Fotos. Alles war sauber, super ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Im Kühlschrank wartete eine Flasche Wein auf uns.Die Kommunikation mit Antonia verlief zügig.Lediglich die sporadisch einsetzenden Sprenger auf dem Rasen haben uns immer wieder "überrascht".Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war das ständige Kleffen des Hundes auf dem direkten Nachbargrundstück.

A beautiful place in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo — it was exactly as described in the listing. The location is fantastic, with a great coffee shop and several restaurants just a short walk away. One of the highlights of our trip was discovering the beach in Sesimbra, which is only about 10 minutes from the condo — truly the best beach we visited!The condo itself was very well stocked with everything you might need, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and having parking right at the front door was a big plus. The backyard was private and peaceful, perfect for relaxing even though the pool was too cold to use in May.The host was wonderful and responsive, making everything easy. We absolutely loved the property. However, the experience was affected by the noise from nearby roosters and a dog that barked throughout the day and into the night. Unfortunately, this meant we didn’t get the restful sleep we were hoping for.Overall, a beautiful place in a great location — with just one drawback to be aware of depending on your sensitivity to noise.

Top-Bungalow nahe wunderschönem Strand

Der Check-In war sehr unkompliziert und der überschattete Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist sehr praktisch. Der von einer Mauer umschlossene Hofbereich erlaubte uns das Abstellen unserer Fahrräder ebenfalls direkt am Haus. Der Bungalow macht einen gut gepflegten Eindruck, hat eine sehr gefällige Raumaufteilung und bietet viel Platz. Bäder und Betten sind OK, die Matratzen mir persönlich zu weich, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Die Küchenausstattung ist tipptopp und lässt keine Wünsche offen bis hin zu den Müllrennungsboxen. Die Flasche leckeren Rotweins zur Begrüßung hat uns sehr gefreut. Nicht so toll fanden wir: Nur zwei angefangene Rollen WC-Papier für 2 Bäder. Wandtuchwärmer/-trockner, die nach Aussage der Agentur aus Gründen der Sparsamkeit deaktiviert sind. Keine Spültabs und kein Regeneriersalz für den GS. Sofakissen, die nach altem Schweiß riechen und mal gewaschen werden sollten. Defekte Fliegengitter, die dadurch ihren Zweck nicht erfüllen und uns zum Aufhängen von Fliegenfängern nötigten. Das teilweise recht ausdauernde Gebell des Nachbarhunds und seiner Artgenossen. Fazit: Die Praia de Meco ist in unseren Augen einer der schönsten Strände, die wir bisher in Portugal gefunden haben, Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und empfehlen diese Unterkunft wärmstens.

Wir haben hier 3 wunderbare Wochen verbracht. Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind überdurchschnittlich und die regelmäßige Reinigung von Haus und Pool während unseres Aufenthalts fanden wir grandios. Die Kommunikation mit Antónia war völlig problemlos. Auch die Lage mit der Nähe zu Lissabon und dem endlosen Strand um die Ecke ist perfekt. Einige gute Restaurants und Mini-Markets in Laufnähe runden den Urlaub ab.

Séjour Aldeia do Meco , Alfarim, Sesimbra

Nous venons de passer 15jours dans cette maison hyper confortable , spacieuse pour une famille de 4, moderne et extrêmement bien équipé et pensée ! Emplacement idéal pour de super vacances, tout à proximité et à pied, supérette, restos, boulangerie , épicerie, poissonnier ! De superbe plages, lagunes à quelque minute en voiture et proche de Lisbonne pour visite cette ville splendide ! Bref , c’est un sans faute , les échanges avec Antonia la propriétaire étaient très chaleureux et elle est très disponible ! Je ne peux que recommander ce lieu et serais heureuse d’y retourner avec ma famille !

Sitio muy comodo

La casa está situada muy bien, con la playa y comercios cerca. Está muy bien equipada y todo funciona estupendamente. El jardín y la piscina son un lujo. El único pero, aunque la propietaria no tenga control sobre ello, son los insufribles ladridos del perro del vecino.

Superb

The property is absolutely marvellous, the house has everything you may need, it is very new and spotless, there are plenty of cushions which is something you miss in other places, the garden and the pool were very nice. The home appliances are high quality. There is only a problem, the neighbours spend so much time outside and you hear them all the time and there are lot of cattle around which can be noisy. But the house deserves my best comments.

Calme et reposant

Superbe location très joliment décorée dans un quartier calme et reposant. La location est entièrement équipée, il ne manque rien. Terrain entièrement clos qui permet de passer d'agréable moment en famille au bord de la piscine. Pas de problème de stationnement, la voiture est à l'abris sur un parking clos et sécurisé. Merci à Antonia pour son chaleureux accueil. De parfaites vacances reposantes !

Wonderful house, dog next door ruined 2 nights

The house itself is fantastic, clean, spacious, well equipped, the small pool works fine. Great location close to beautiful beaches and I proximity to restaurants and grocery shopping. The house is situated next to a warehouse of some sort, a bus station is right outside (but the bus doesn't pass by so often) and the neighbors have a dog that barks and barks and barks, starting 6 in the morning. After 2 nights that ended way too early with the dog as a loud alarm clock, and got our teenagers quite upset, the dog somehow got used to our presence and barking nearly stopped. There are also chickens and goats in the area.
