"Lovely hotel, but limited view from our room of the castle wall. Breakfast was not very good, but a lot of variety. Good coffee, but the pain au raisin was undercooked and still raw dough inside. The hot water took a very long time to get through to the shower and in the morning it was only Luke warm. Bed was comfy and pool cool but clean. Free bottle of wine in room was nice."
"We had a very poor experience here, when we checked in there was no information on where things are or how the resort operates I had to request more information, and after checking in it was nearly impossible to get a hold of reception for any issues as they do not answer the phone, we were on the eco-resort and I had to get in the car and travel back to reception to get any kind of a response. They also take a deposit of one nights stay and said they would return it 72 hours after check out but...
