As a first-time visitor, it was quite central compared to other places in New York, and the subway is close and convenient - it was easy to go explore all the other boroughs. The bed is very comfortable. The cleaners will come to change your towels and take out the garbage, but other than that, the room is pretty...

"I book for a room for 3 adults, they only had 1 bed and a pull out. The pull out mattress was full of stains, discussing and uncomfortable. I do not call this a bed. One of us had to sleep on the floor the first night, the second day, they send cleaner mattress but still uncomfortable. This is a perfect room for 2. Not a good experience for our family."
