"We immediately felt at home away from home and our pets settled in immediately. Location is very convenient to grocery, dining and the Merritt Island Wildlife Reserve(MIWR) which was the purpose of our trip. The rainfall shower and hot tub were a welcome treat. The kitchen was equipped and offered everyting needed. Our stay was short but we will definitely return when visiting the MIWR. Thank you Sean and family for a wonderful 2 day retreat."

"Our plans were to go to the Titusville Playhoise and KSC so the location was perfect. The host was very responsive, allowing us to check in 40 min early. The duplex doesn't have much curb appeal but it was comfortable for us. Wifi was great. Backyard could use a little sprucing up. Vonus was a park nearby where we watched a rocket launch"

"I have been going to New Smyrna for more than 20 years. If you are the right group with the right plan, this is an excellent property to rent. By the right group, I mean 4 people, probably a couple and a couple of kids. You could do 6 or squeeze in 7, but it is perfect for 4. By the right plan, if you want to do the beach it is a perfect location. It is also conveniently located to get to the great restaurants and other fun stuff in NSB. It is small but it is well appointed and well updated....

"We didn’t have Spring Break weather, but it enabled us to explore the area, and find things to do other than sit on the beach. We had a great time! New Smyrna is a perfect beach town with a lot to explore and do. The house was perfect for us! It had everything we needed as a home base! Check in was super easy, the owners were awesome! Loved the outside seating area, like our own personal garden."
