This quaint and cozy cottage is designed for comfort and relaxation.
• Bedrooms: Two comfortable bedrooms, perfect for work executives, space/NASA projects, launch viewing, leisure, relaxation, visiting, etc. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans with lights and bedside touch lamps as well. Additional fan located in laundry area if needed. Touch base lamps with usb chargers. Open wardrobes to hang and organize your clothing, luggage rack, extra assorted pillows and blankets. Bedroom 1 suited with a Temperpedic memory foam queen size mattress this is like sleeping on a cloud with beautiful linens and also has dedicated workspace desk with lamp and bankers chair. Both bedrooms have doors for privacy. Bedroom 2 is suited with two twin xl beds with Saatva Zenhaven organic latex mattresses. All mattresses and sleeping pillows are completely contained in bed bug proof and water proof zippered protectors.
• Bathroom: Sparkling clean and thoughtfully equipped with starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, make up wipes, toilet paper, q-tips, lotion and body wash. Fan and door for privacy. Towels are located in each bedroom.
• Kitchen: Dishes, silverware, paper plates and plastic ware, pots and pans, baking ware, cutting boards, salt, pepper, oil, dish soap, sponge, hand towels, chop sticks, wine glasses, bottle opener, can opener, ice cream scoop, coffee cups, keurig with starter supply of coffee kcup assortment, small drip coffee and press as well, sugar, creamer, cocoa, tea, microwave, mini grill, blender, egg cooker, toaster oven, air fryer, and double door stove, basic cooking utensils and knives, hand mixer, full refrigerator and freezer, ice and filtered water dispenser on fridge, recessed lighting with dimmer, safe, fire blanket and fire extinguisher.
• Living Space: A welcoming clean, comfortable and beautiful space to unwind after a day of exploring. Large comfortable couch and loveseat with soft throw blankets to cuddle up and watch a show, touch base lamp, led fireplace with and without heat so you can warm up or just enjoy the ambiance, large 55” Samsung smart tv, beautiful recessed and sconce lighting, ceiling fan, games, cards, and more.
• Laundry room: Brand new Samsung washer dryer tower is included in your stay. It is located in its own room on the end of the carport. Starter supply of detergent, dryer sheets, paper supplies, etc provided. Additional tower fan, vacuum, mop, cleaning wipes are also located in this room. The locked cabinet is off limits. Vacuum and mop are for use inside the home, not for outdoor or vehicle use, please.
The home is completely videoed, inventoried and inspected before and after every stay.

• Peaceful Privacy: Enjoy the whole home, safe, private and secure access, dusk to dawn and motion detection flood lights in backyard, and security cameras outside home.
*NO smoking, NO Parties and NO pets. $350 Cleaning fee will be charged unless ADA certified.* All guests must be registered guests on the reservation. Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed on property. They can be added at 2x normal rate. If house rules are not being followed you will be asked to leave immediately and the remaining portion of your reservation canceled with no refund.
*Also note this home is not child or baby proofed. There is a train occasionally, you may or may not hear it and sometimes can feel it. There is some construction at the opposite end of the street that may or may not be heard.

Shoes Indoors: To keep the home clean and cozy, please remove your shoes indoors whenever possible. House shoes are provided.
*Use items at your own risk. You and your Service Animal will be asked to leave if we discover misrepresentation of a pet as a Service Animal. We will report fraudulent claims of Service Animals to government authorities and will evict the guest(s) without further notice in such cases. If this occurs, there will be no right to a refund. * Guests must use the internet service responsibly. Activities that are illegal or infringe on the rights of others is strictly prohibited. No Network Tampering: Altering, powering off or resetting the Wi-Fi network or associated equipment is not permitted and will result in immediate dismissal.
Security Cameras are located in outside areas and laundry room. Tampering with any security or network devices, including but not limited to obscuring their field of vision, modification of their aim, interference with their network connectivity, interference with their power supply, and other harmful actions shall immediately render your reservation void without a refund with immediate dismissal.

I understand by completing this booking, that tampering in any way, with security devices and their related network and power equipment shall immediately require me to leave the property without a refund and may cause me to potentially be subject to additional damages. I acknowledge that failure to leave immediately may constitute criminal trespassing and cause contact by law enforcement.
