"This hotel was excellent! The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the amenities were so good. The 24 hr. snack room was perfect, and they had an amazing coffee machine we used every day to make espresso drinks. The location was perfect for us, as this was our first trip to NYC, and we were able to get everywhere we needed to get from this central location. I'd book here again in a heartbeat!"

Very, very quiet, no street noise, even though we were only on the third floor. We'll definitely return to this hotel the next time in NYC. Only suggestion is to replace the mattress on the pullout sofa."

The hotel offers free coffee to guests but there is a coffee shop in the reception for pastries and speciality coffees. "
