"What really stood out was how incredibly fast the team reacted when we realised the bedding contained feathers – entirely our oversight for not requesting a change before arrival. The staff were unfailingly kind and accommodating throughout our stay. It’s a beautiful hotel, and our suite was absolutely gigantic. We loved it! "

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent value. Its right next to the station and easy to park if you have driven (extra cost), but about a 15 min walk into town centre. I loved that the hotel is Victorian, grand style, with lovely period design features. Very good value overall. "
