"Buen alojamiento cerca de todas las áreas de interés de Chester. Error inexcusable al entregar una habitacion sin limpiar. Al comentarlo lo normal hubiera sido upgrade y no se llegó a ofrecer siendo temporada baja. No había excesiva amabilidad por parte de las personas de la recepción tras incidente. Solo con una sonrisa podría haberse olvidado pero parece que no les sentó bien que se le dijera"

"Staff are wonderful. The hotel is 5 minutes walk into town. The room was extremely hot, window only opened slightly, no A/C The bar could do with more ambience, felt a bit like an airport lounge. Maybe dim the lights, a few plants and put candles on tables. Really annoying having to pay for parking £28 for two nights, however that seems to be most English hotels in towns. Overall I would go back."

"El hotel en general esta bien, esta en una orilla pero chester es pequeño se puede caminar a todos lados. Lo que no nos gusto es que llegamos al hotel por la mañana y nos dijeron que el check in es hasta las 3, que nos podían dar la habitación a la 1 pero con un cargo extra.… lo cual no me parece una buena atención; normalmente si tienen la habitación disponible te la dan sin cobrarte de más. Tampoco tienen baño en el lobby asi que si no está lista tu habitación no puedes entrar ni al baño "

Calefacción adecuada, ducha moderna, aunque la presión de la misma no es fuerte. Personal muy amable y desayuno delicioso. El wifi no llegaba a mi habitación. El hotel en sí es precioso, el salón de desayuno y las zonas comunes son encantadoras."

"Hotel was stunning both inside and outside and the staff were really friendly and polite nothing was too much trouble. Bed was really comfy and breakfast was excellent would come back to stay next time we are in Chester. Great location 5 minutes from motorway and only a few minutes from city centre and the zoo which is why we visited"

We were impressed with the decor and fealt comfortable right from first entering. Yes it could do with a bit of an update but nothing to worry about at all. The management and staff couldn’t be more helpful during our stay right from checking in to having a bite to eat and a few drinks in the bar. "Omg! What a fantastic hotel! We are a family of 4 adults 2 children and 2 dogs. We were welcomed to the hotel by a warm, friendly lady, who offered us all of the information we needed. The following morning it was just wonderful to see that there were breakfast tables available to sit at with our 2 dogs (who are our babies!) Breakfast was lovely!
