The open concept kitchen & living area offers plenty of space to spread out & relax. The kitchen provides a breakfast bar for two to enjoy coffee while the dining space seats four guests. The calm & contemporary living space is the perfect spot for movie watching or curling up with a good book. Just down the hall you’ll find two guest rooms; the master bedroom boasts a king size beds & views of the downtown area while the second bedroom offers a queen size bed along with a small desk and chair. And did we mention, your dog is welcome to enjoy this fabulous space as well? That’s right, the Mason Street Loft is dog-friendly! Plenty of green space / parks within walking distance to let your 4 legged friend stretch it's legs. Great place in a perfect location. Easy walking access to everything downtown. The employee at the glass shop below was wonderful. Super friendly and had all the local tips. Any visitors should watch for the friendly squirrel that lives near by. Friendly enough to give treats by hand.

Wonderful location!

The location is absolutely wonderful. Right in the heart of Saugatuck you are within walking distance of any location. The ladies in the glass shop below were delightful and the accommodations were as described. The only complaint we had where that the floors were not cleaned properly. I usually were whit socks in the house and they were dirty from the floors. With that one exception, I would definitely recommend a his location!

Great Stay!

The location of this property is super convenient to explore all the town has to offer. We were able to walk everywhere with a stroller for our 2 year old and really enjoyed our time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be in the heart of downtown.

Great spot

clean place in a great location being in downtown. we would get loaded down with bags or whatever and it was so easy to get back and drop our stuff off . grab a drink and head back out . pics are exactly as the place appears. bed was great to sleep on . i recommend it. we have stayed in Saugatuck but this is the first time downtown. It's a whole different experience

Great spot in the middle of it all.

We stayed at this property seven years ago and were glad to return. What a perfect spot within walking distance to everything in Saugatuck. The host was friendly and helpful leading up to our arrival and during our stay. Great Place!

great getaway condo

Two bedroom condo perfect for two or three people. The second bedroom is pretty small, with a queen bed. The master bedroom has a king bed and two people would be comfortable in that room. There is one bathroom only which would make it tough for four people in my opinion. Otherwise it is perfectly located on Mason Street right in the heart of the town. Charming!! We walked to morning coffee and all over for shopping etc. There is a full fairly steep flight of stairs up so be aware. The place is airy and new and has lovely furnishings and finishes. Photos are accurate. We were very happy.

A perfect weekend getaway!

My best friend was visiting from NYC so my husband and I thought it would be a great idea to take her to Saugatuck for a few days. We all had a wonderful trip! We will definitely be staying at the Mason Loft again and can’t wait to return!!! Any questions were quickly answered.

Comfortable, Great Location

Great property location. Cleanliness was the only downside. Opened a set of blinds and DUST CLOUD, place could use a good deep cleaning. Also found living ants in the kitchen and bathroom sink, glad we didn't cook during our stay. It got noisy at night (late night hours, after 11pm) but it was the middle of the summer and a vacation town so we didn't expect anything less.

Great Place, Excellent Location

This is our second stay at Mason St and we would gladly make a third visit. The place is simple, but plenty spacious and clean and the location is ideal. Check-in was easy and communication was excellent.

Lovely Stay in Saugatuck

This is a lovey 2-bedroom right in the heart of Saugatuck, a block from the Kalamazoo River. The place was exactly as advertised, and well kept up. Management stayed in constant contact with us before and during the say. I highly recommend it!

We had a great time at the Mason Street loft. The location was perfect since it is right in the midst of all the shops and restaurants. The loft was clean and had everything that we needed. We plan on staying here again.

Wonderful listing

I wish we had more time to stay and explore. We were in Saugatuck for a wedding & this location was perfect for walking to and from the venue and exploring down town. We would definitely stay again. You probably won’t work with Kevin, which was confusing because no messages were answered in the app, but we eventually got ahold of Bella Vita Vacation Rentals. They were very helpful!
