"Over all the hotel was great, however I stayed one night and when I went to shower before I left for my flight there was no hot water in the shower. When addressed in the morning I couldn’t even go to another room to shower."

"Check in was satisfactory. There’s a $50 deposit even when you pay at booking. The location is great right off 28th Street which is the main road through Grand Rapids. There’s no carpet on the floors in the rooms which is a requirement for me. I’d recommend removing the fabric office chair and sofa and replacing with leather type cover. The room was mostly clean.
