"impeccable front desk service, room cleaning is excellent, and the kitchenette with the larger fridge and separate freezer is super convenient. beds were a litter firmer than I prefer, shampoo/body soap was a bit lacking, and laundry works fine, but takes forever (although to be expected with smaller combined washer/dryers of that type). This hotel is an awesome pick in the ningyocho area."

"This property is clean and our apartment (302) was exactly what we needed. Only a few mins walking to the TCAT station. The airport limousine shuttle is a short 30-min trip to/from HND airport. There is a 24/7 7-11 store just around the corner and it offers just about everything you would need to supplement making any meals. The kitchen in the apartment is fully stocked with cups, plates, utensils, etc. The washer/dryer combo was perfect for our short stay. The smart TV was great for streaming...

"The staff are very friendly and accomodating. The room had excellent A/C which was a huge bonus in the July humidity. We received welcome chocolates, pajamas, slippers and pour over coffee in the room. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet compared to other bustling parts of the city. There are multiple dining options within a short walk and a 24/hr supermarket across the street. This hotel feels like a hidden gem"

"Tolles Hotel in super Lage! Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist nur ca. 500 Meter entfernt, was die Lage extrem praktisch macht. Besonders das hervorragende Frühstück hat uns den Start in den Tag versüßt. Unser Dreibettzimmer war mit rund 15 m² zwar kompakt, aber absolut ausreichend, gemütlich und blitzsauber. Ein riesiges Lob geht an das Personal – alle waren unglaublich nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"
