Terraced House In A Lovely Mediterranean Village 3km From The Sea

The terraced house consists of a ground floor with patio and an upper floor. Open plan kitchen, dining area, sitting area, patio, one bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. On the upper floor we have two bedrooms, sitting room and a bathroom.

The focal point of the house is the open plan kitchen/dining/leaving areas that give access to the big (35 m2) patio also equiped with dining and sitting furniture. This is where you will make your daily life and activities like cooking, eating, watching tv or just relaxing and chilling out in the patio.

On the upper floor you will have the “night or quieter zone” with a quieter sitting room ideal for reading, browsing, waching tv or working (be areful, you are on holidays!) , two big bedrooms (16 and 17 m2) and a bathroom.

All rooms are very spacious, one of them is equipped with a double bed (150 x 190 cm2) whilst the other two have two single beds (90 x 190 cm2) that can also be configured like a big double bed (180 x 190 cm2). All beds are new and the mattresses are of visco-elastic ma­terial

The house was originally built in dry stone, the typical ancient building material of the area, with walls of up tu 70cm width making it very fresh in summer and warm in winter. I

This house is the ideal gateway for a couple or a family with children who is looking to enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay.

The house has been recently refurbished (I am writing this in March 2019) and it is available to be rented out from May 1st 2019. All building works are finished and now we are commissioning it (curtains, some of the furniture, bed linen etc…). Once it has been commissioned we will update the site with new high quality photos. For the time being I am uploading some of the photos I have been making myself with my phone, please have mercy with me: I am a terrible photographer!!!

Note for guests who have been in the house before 2019:

We have just recently (I am writing this note in March 2019) refurbished and significantly improved the house. The main changes we have made are:

1) We have changed the roof with an insulated one
2) We have furnished the upper floor. It now has two big bedrooms (16 and 17 m2) , a bathroom and a sitting room.
3) Much bigger patio. Do you remember the small charming patio? Well we have made it much bigger and kept the charm! Just have a look at the pictures!
4) Refurbished the ground floor. We have moved one of the bedrooms upstairs (the small one) and made the dining room bigger. Kitchen is now open plan with the dining area

Great location in a lovely traditional small town, Traditional house had everything we needed and was within walking distance of the quaint pedestrianised area with bars and restaurants. Lovely courtyard and really quiet. Owners met us and were helpful and friendly. Fantastic area of Mallorca with beaches and coastal walks close by.

Das Stadthaus liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße nur wenige Schritte vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Objekt ist liebevoll und hochwertig ausgestattet. Mit drei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern und einem großzügigen Patio eignet sich die Wohnung für Familien oder mehrere Paare. Die Vermieterin Alejandra ist hilfsbereit, sehr aufgeschlossen und sehr sympathisch. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt trotz der schwierigen Zeit sehr genossen.

Abbiamo trascorso 10 gg in questa splendida proprietà (siamo una famiglia di 5 persone). La casa è situata a Santanyi, piccola cittadina nel sud est dell'isola, comoda per raggiungere le più belle baie/spiagge di Maiorca (Cala Llombard, Mondrago, Es Trench, Sarapita, Del Moro, raggiungibili dai 10 ai 30 minuti di strada in auto). La zona è assolutamente tranquilla e silenziosa. La casa è una porzione centrale, nel centro della cittadina, recentemente ristrutturata con molto gusto e attenzione ai dettagli. Si sviluppa su 2 piani, con 3 camere e 2 bagni, spaziosa, funzionale e arredata con gusto, possiede una cucina ben accessoriata e un meraviglioso patio , dove poter far colazione, cenare, ma anche rilassarsi in un'oasi di tranquillità. Gli hosts Alejandra e Gabriel sono persone affabili, discrete e simpatiche, disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta o necessità h24. Che dire....ci siamo trovati benissimo e consigliamo questa proprietà vivamente anche ai viaggiatori più esigenti!. P.s...se avrete voglia di fare un po' di strada ( ca. 50 minuti in auto verso nord) andate a visitare Plaja de muro...a noi è piaciuta molto!

Alles in allem schön. Kleinigkeiten wie WLAN Fehler wurden durch die Vermieterin gelöst. Einziges Manko war die Lautstärke...ist aber nunmal eine Stadtwohnung, somit sind Motorradlärm und Trompetenübung der Nachbarn hinzunehmen. Vielen Dank nochmals an Alejandra

We had six amazing days in this cozy, clean and well equipped apartment. Alejandra and Gabriel were always available for all our questions and were such wonderful hosts! Kitchen just great equipped, patio cozy and light! The sleeping room has its window to the street, which is a small side road. But neighbors and kids leave their houses early in the morning and it gets a little noisy. But thats just a small disadvantage about this stay. Beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, everything you need is nearby! Thank you, Alejandra and Gabriel, for this beautiful vacation!

In einer kleinen Seitenstraße, die wenig befahren ist, verbirgt sich ein charmantes ebenerdiges Haus mit Patio. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer, ein kleines Bad und ein Wohnraum mit Sat-TV bieten genügend Platz und Möglichkeiten für 4 Personen. Nur wenige Meter zu Fuß - und man ist mitten drin im tollen Santanyi. Strände wie Cala Llombards und Cala Santanyi sind nach wenigen Autominuten erreicht. Excellente! Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour chez Alejandra et Gabriel. La maison se situe à 5 min à pied du coeur de Santanyí, avec ces bars et restaurants. Le logement est calme, et parfaitement adapté pour une famille de 4. Alejandra est très attentionnée. Plusieurs magnifiques plages sont accessibles à seulement quelques minutes en voiture. En somme, nous recommandons vivement ce logement !
