"Clean updated hotel. Friendly and very helpful staff. Conveniently located close to Terminal 5, which is why we stayed. Everyone staying is for the same purpose, Terminal 5. There is a shuttle bus that runs every half hour to Terminal 5. Easiest and cheapest way to the airport. Stops right outside the front door of the hotel. We had a family room. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Would stay again. "

"Super convenient location if you have a flight from T5. The bus stop is on the road at the hotel. The bed was comfy. We had buffet breakfast nexr day that was wonderful and a great value."

Nice and comfortable room, great amenities like coffee & tea in our room, hairdryer, ironing board, nice big double bed, great buffet breakfast and excellent location walking distance to train station. "The property is very nicely looked anfter and finished to a very high spec. The staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel is perfectly situated in Richmond and is close to everything. The only downside was to discover that it costs £20 per night to park the car! However the cost of the hotel was reasonable so not a disaster. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return soon."

"The bush Hotel is a beautiful place. The room was spacious. The staff is top-notch and very friendly. It’s got a nice bar and good restaurant. It’s right in the middle of town and close to many shops, pubs and restaurants. I will definitely be coming back to stay"

"Our go-to hotel if we need somewhere to stay before a Heathrow flight. The staff are all very friendly, food is excellent (both dinner and breakfast), plentiful parking. We stayed in an executive room this time - we liked the extra space and would book this again. Last time we were there we were helping some friends who had suffered a tragedy that day, and I managed to knock over a large G&T. Even without knowing what we were dealing with, the lady behind the bar calmly cleared up the mess and...
