The outdoor area of the house is in a class of its own. Enjoy the fantastic view while sunbathing in a deckchair, refresh yourself in the pool area with salt water pool and several showers, watch TV outdoors and prepare delicious meals in the outdoor kitchen.



You will spend your vacation in Sant Joan, a quiet place where you can get to know authentic island life. Take long walks among the fields, orchards and olive groves surrounding the house. Go on excursions to the Puig de Sant Nofre, the chapel of Consolació or the chapel of Cura with its exceptional views. If you want to do some shopping, you can reach Manacor in around 20 minutes by car, as well as the beaches of Son Serra de Marina or Portocristo. You can also hire bicycles and enjoy a tour on the cycle path in front of the house.
