"Our flight had a delay, arriving next day. Not aware the Island was having water supply issues. We were expecting ESJ Towers to be fully prepared for these types of occasions. They were not..At 8pm we had no water to shower. Floor was dirty. The salt dispenser was the worst ' Rust inside out...We also noticed mold growing on furniture. Since I moved out of PR' dreamed to stay here. But this could be the first and last one."
