"During our 2 night stay there was no hot water. Unfortunately, the staff chose to ignore the problem rather than address it with the guests (it was a property wide issue). That made for a shocking shower instead of an uncomfortable expectation. We were offered 5000 Marriott points in exchange (~$15-35). The nightly room rate was $225 after taxes. Ridiculous!"

"We were at Strawberry Creek Inn, a sister property of Idyllwild Inn. Right behind the property is Strawberry Creek and a path next to it is a nice shady 10 minute walk to the main part of town. Perfect since our goal was to be out in nature and leave the car behind. (We did need to drive a short distance to get to trailhead for Ernie Maxwell Trail, which was a great hike, as well.) Across the street from the Strawberry Creek Inn is a small community dog park/run where you can let them...

"AC is still noisy. Wish they would upgrade it to quieter units. Loved the breakfast delivery to our room! Bathrooms need to be updated more. I love that the hotel room s adult only! Makes for a much more relaxing experience! "

"We love the place, we have enough room for 3 of us. Everything looks clean, kitchen was nice small but complete with all your needs. I know people complaining about the AÇ LOL we actually don’t really bother with the sound. The staff are excellent, we can’t complain. We’ve been traveling and staying at so many hotels/motels or condos like and all of them have good and bad but at the end of the day we only in our room for not long enough to complain, we just want to enjoy it and make memories...

"We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the Bluebird. The room was spacious with all the amenities we needed, would have been nice to have additional blanket since it was a bit chilly. The bed was a bit slanted so I was rolling off the bed. Easy parking, about 20mins walk into town and 5mins walk Mile High Cafe (dog friendly).Would stay there again."

"Ants were observed in the ground floor rooms, staff should make guests aware of areas of the hotel where families have been placed as the noise coming through walls and ceilings is disruptive. The pool being open into the evening means all rooms facing the pool deck are subject to noise from guests and their kids"

"From the beginning, the check in was great the two gentleman at the front ware super friendly and courteous. The rooms are clean. The free breakfast was excellent and the staff making the breakfast and cleaning are exceptional. Please tip them, they work really hard. The pool is clean and the water was nice. The only thing I did no like was the bed, it was too lumpy for my taste, but I will stay here again."
