"Muy bien servicio y atención al cliente, la habitación en excelentes condiciones, muy aseada y con todos los servicios disponibles. Lo único que mejoraría es en relación al parqueo, podrían acondicionar el area interna para poder ofrecer algunos espacios de parqueo para quienes vengan en su propio automóvil. "

"We were warmly greeted on our arrival by super-helpful Felipe. We had an early start our first morning and asked if a 6am breakfast (90 minutes before breakfast is usually served) would be possible. "This is a great boutique resort ideal for couples. Those with kids may find other places a better fit (El Silencio for example). Intimate room setups with private hot tubs, excellent restaurant with live music during dinner, and a very nice pool setup for relaxing. The beds were super comfy and staff was wonderful. No view of the volcano but there is a sloth that lives up in one of the trees. For those looking for an intimate, relaxing setting, this is a great spot."

"Clean , great facilities. Outdoor kitchen was well prepared for making meals. Hot tub (not heated) was a nice surprise. Hosts very efficient and responded well to any requests. Coffee making facilities in room as well as kitchen. Close to lots of sodas, restaurants etc. washing and doing facilities useful. V small outside private space with room but quite small and just screened from communal kitchen. All in all woukdcrecommend"

"Adrian welcomed and gave us several restaurant recommendations. The included breakfast was delicious. We had a great view of volcano Arenal from our room. The AC worked great, excellent water pressure in the shower. Hair dryer and toiletries provided. Unlike other hotels, there were hooks to hang your wet towel on. Located far enough away from the main drag that it was quiet at night, but close enough to walk to restaurants and shops."

"We loved it here! Wonderful pool for the kids, tasty breakfast. The grounds are beautiful and loved seeing the volcano in the afternoon once the clouds cleared a bit. The front desk guy even brought me over to see a mama sloth with her baby that was spotted on the grounds. Loved! Would definitely recommend!"

"Great property and rooms! Felt like we (family of four - 2 adults and 2 kids (12 and 15) had a private space in the jungle. The hot tub was a nice treat after adventures in the area - ziplining (Sky Adventures was great), the waterfall (super close to this hotel), Arenal hike and hot springs (we went to Ecotermale). There was also a great restaurant right next door called Chante Verde. "

"Wow this place was amazing. The room had a balcony that opened to a rain forest and every day you walk through it with chocolate trees, bananas and the resident sloth to get your breakfast. At breakfast you are met by the nicest people that help you work on your Spanish. The only neg is it is right on a main road so big trucks go by a lot, be mindful if this would bother your sleeping. We were fine... def stay here it is incredible"

"Hotel Alicia was an easy walk to the centre of La Fortuna and lots of restaurants. Our room was small, but clean with comfortable beds, with a large separate bathroom. I would have liked a lamp on the bedside table as the lighting in the room wasn't that good. The breakfast was excellent, with a choice of four options, that was freshly cooked for you.
