Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $100 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog

Parking:
City parking is available, but there is no on-site parking. Guests must find available street parking and adhere to all posted street parking signs. Parking in the alley behind the unit is not permitted.

Private Entrance:
Guests are asked to be mindful of outdoor noise during quiet hours. The main house and casita each have a private fenced entrance; guests should use their designated entrance to enter and exit the property.
House Rules
• Primary renter must be 18+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
• No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog
• Please park only in designated spots and be mindful of street signs to avoid overnight parking fines.
• No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
• Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
• Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.

This was a cute little casita-studio! Private entrance, and private access to casita! Great location! Great check in instructions with step by step (and photos). Looks like they fixed the door code & lock because we didn’t have any issues with that. If you love the North Park neighborhood, this house is in the center of it! So you are by great shops and restaurants! We loved Verbatim Book store and Pigment! Lazy eye coffee is across the street and delicious! Honestly, all the food we tried was fabulous and all the breweries were top notch. It’s perfect for a weekend getaway. I do want to note that it does not have a full kitchen, this is very much a studio/hotel style room, having only one sink in the bathroom. It was not an issue for us, as we were close to so many restaurants and coffee shops, we were not in need of the kitchenette (they do provide you with a kettle, keurig, portable tabletop stove, a mini oven/toaster oven, and fridge with dishes and pans- so it’s stocked). My only drawback was parking. We drove there for the weekend. I didn’t go down in stars because they were very clear about street parking. But woah, it’s a busy place. We had trouble finding parking close by and had to account for 2-hr pre-pay parking meter schedules. It’s a busy area! But if you want to be at the center of things, this place is for you!

This was a wonderful little accommodation in a prime location. It felt much larger than the photos indicated, and everything felt pristine and comfortable. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends without hesitation. My few suggestions for the owner: a box of tissues, a curved shower rod to keep the curtain off of you, and some pants hangers with clips. Even without those changes it's a lovely place to stay! This was a great experience for a great price.

Deadbolt locked me inside

Nearly everything was great except a huge safety concern and I take safety extremely seriously, so only 1 star. The unit was clean and as described, it was well stocked BUT the electronic lock gave me issues upon check-in. The lock did not work on the first 5 tries to open, the code was accepted and I'd hear the deadbolt start to move but would fail and error out. On the 6th try it worked to let me in and this should have been an indication of what was to come the next morning. After waking up and getting ready to leave around 8am the next morning, I was all set to go and the deadbolt lock WOULD NOT OPEN. I was locked INSIDE the unit. After nearly 10 minutes of trying and a very sore hand, I was left with no other option but to call the after hours help line. I spoke with the representative, explaining the issue and they were not able to resolve the issue remotely, saying they were sorry and would send out a locksmith. They asked if I had a screwdriver to open the lock and since I don't travel with those I was sort of stuck. They did authorize me to try as hard as I could to open the lock and if it broke they would not fault me but that did not work and I'm a big guy at over 6ft. I did not want to break the window and would not fit through a smaller window near the door. After another several minutes shaking the door vigorously and trying to move the deadbolt it finally opened. This could have been a big problem in the middle of the night had there been an emergen
