"Dylan, the host, was wonderful with communicating quickly. The house itself is so perfect for a family of 5. Couch is so comfy. Kitchen has everything it needs. Beds are comfy! Everything about this place is perfect. We will be back!"

"Right on the sound side, with two piers, one for fishing and one to use to launch a kayak or two. We stayed a wonderful week between two hurricanes (Gorden and Helene). The house fit us well as we had three mobility impaired folks. With the wooden ramp to the first floor plus two roll-in showers on the first floor along with two bedrooms it was ideal. Only two minor issues, one of the 5 toilets was out of order and required a part and many of the dishes, pots and pans were not well cleaned...

"The kitchen was above average for OBX beach houses -- it was great having lots of bathrooms -- the pool was large, private and secure (perfect when you have little ones) and the hot tub was excellent (room for four if you are friendly). Owners helpful and easy to deal with. Easy convenient walk to the beach on a wooden walkway. Would def come again."

"Well maintained, beautiful house, perfect location. It had everything we needed and the hosts were at your service if anything was needed. Plenty of space for everyone."

"Though the weather was a bit rainy the amenities made this an enjoyable stay. With the pool table, easy beach access, pool/hot tub, and a well equipped kitchen we were able to celebrate my daughter and her friends graduation comfortably with a lot of great memories. Pet friendly is always a plus for our fur baby."

"We stayed for a week mid-May, family of 5. Property was as described and pictured. Classic beach/lake house vibe. Plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances. New towels. Great pool with plenty of loungers. There is a very short walk over thru the dunes to the beach, right behind the house, the beach is very quiet and clean, lots of wildlife, crabs, birds....We visited some other beaches further north and this one was much cleaner and much less crowded. Maybe one group of people every 300-400...

"The property was great. We didn't realize that you had to bring your own sheets and towels. Owner got us set for the first night and we got our own for the later days. The house is close to the ocean and short drive to Salvo day use area. House had everything for cooking."

"Wonderful stay for me and my family. Litterally the only thing i would say is the bathrooms might need some updating and maybe a few cosmetic updates. But litterally everything else was wonderful!"

"First visit to the Outer Banks. The condo was perfect! Clean and numerous amenities. Great communication with Tony. Host has detailed activities available in the area listed with a QR code. An informational binder rests on the coffee table. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Our stay was from 5/8-5/15 prior to the busy season. "

"Had a wonderful time. Everything was as advertised. And somethings better. The house was secluded enough to have plenty of privacy. Beach access was very close by. We plan on renting this property again. "

"Well the area is great if your looking for a quite family style vacation. Wave's Deli and Lisa's Pizza have great eats. There is a Dollar General right there as well, any other big items you may need are within 15-20min drive to Avon. The property itself is needs some TLC. Pictures in ad are from a few years ago I think. Pool looked pristine in pic's but in reality needed to be refinished but has new furniture. Cleanliness was good but did find baby socks laying on couch and food particles...
