"We felt very safe during our stay. It was very nice that someone was always present at the front gate to monitor who entered the property. The unit was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. We had a great time at the pool. It was a very comfortable unit and we really enjoyed our stay. "Joe's property was the perfect spot for our weekend stay for a wedding in downtown St. Augustine. The studio is small, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including beach chairs and a cooler. The studio was very clean, which is always the most important to me. The location can't be beat! Walk out the door and you are right in the heart of downtown."

"The house is amazing with a fantastic location on the Ocean with your own private walkway. All the rooms , especially the kitchen and bathrooms were extremely clean. The towels and bedding were impeccable. If you really want to relax and unwind , this is the place to go. The hosts were even more accommodating than we needed."

"Just like the description, except the pool was a little smaller than we expected. But not a problem. The layout of the bedrooms is great. Beautiful views! Good location. Nice place"

Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to the historical area of St Augustine with lots to see and do. Great place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay again when in this area and would highly recommend to friends and family. "

"My family of 4 which includes 2 year old and 3 year old boys spent Thursday to Monday at the rental at Vilano beach. David was very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Before the trip, we had planned to take the short drive to Saint Augustine. However, we never made the drive because we had so much fun at the beach, Vilano, and the house. "Had all the things we needed. I would recommend going to the condo first before you go to the Winn-Dixie or Publix just down the road. Easy check out. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Roku TV. Cable upstairs in the master. Great beds. No water pressure issues or anything that would leave a negative impression. We like to stay somewhere new every year, otherwise I would book again for sure.
