"The magnetic entry card (room key) didn’t work coming back to the hotel at night. Could not enter from the parking lot. Not center into my room Bathroom bare wood door had water stains all over it. And worn wood and scratches all over the door. Water pressure in the bathroom sink was non existent. Just stuff one would see in a cheap hotel. Not the level of a high end hotel which Embassy once was. Also 2 out off the 3 check-in employees were in-your-face transgenders. Note to management you are...

"Great Hotel. Rooms are very nice and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is outstanding. Only downsides are the recent ongoing surrounding construction which limits parking and normally occupancy rates are very pricey. Rates were very reasonable for the weekend we were there. Highly recommend."

"I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield inn in downtown Omaha. It is a very clean hotel. The staff was all very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and different each day I was there. I used and liked the treadmill. I did not get a chance to use the treadmill but would like to the next time I stay. My favorite part was the hot water for my baths. It was such a delight. Often the water is only lukewarm but not here and I thoroughly enjoyed it. "
