We had been driving all day and were already very tired by the time we arrived at the hotel. The hotel didn't care about us at all. We had to turn to the platform for help. "We liked our comfortable suite very much. The front desk staff were so welcoming, and a manager texted us right away to ask if there was anything we needed. Bob, the maintenance man, was prompt and cheerful to fix a small problem. The pool was so clean and the water warmed. We plan to visit again!"
