"It was a good location for our visit to the zoo and the kids enjoyed the pool and waterslide. The pool area could have been better maintained as there weren’t very many chairs to use and at least one was broken and was unusable. The sink in our room didn’t drain well and for some reason we didn’t get any maid service. I had to go to the desk and get more toilet paper and towels."

"The breakfast was horrible, they just recycled the sausage links for the week, by Friday they were dry and shriveled up. The weird egg patties were dry and gritty, like they were powdered with not enough water added. The "fitness center" was a joke. 3 machines one was broken. I walked out to a homeless guy sleeping in a chair in the hallway. It smelled musty like stale smoke. There was a tornado warning with the sirens going off and the news was saying to take cover for that area, the staff was...

"The room did not have a phone in it..complete surprise. Have never had that happen before. Also the TV needed to be reset but front desk did it right away. Breakfast was good. Request to have a room on back side of hotel. Quieter."

"The place smelled like mold, there were roaches, we didn't feel comfortable bringing anything into the hotel. Left at 9pm before even using the room that long because I felt a mouse scurry over my leg. Don't stay here."
