There is a lot of construction going on in downtown Omaha so parking can be a challenge but they did offer a discounted rate to park in the parking garage across the street. Very cute, upbeat vibe the the hotel. Rooms are very small but doable and very basic as far as amenities. I wish they had coffee and a refrigerator in the rooms but we managed fine. The hotel is in an awesome location with many restaurants, bars and breweries around it. ...

"This hotel had a good location. It was relatively close to the airport, and the little millwork area has some good restaurants. Probably a 10 minute walk to Creighton University.I was generally underwhelmed by this property primarily due to the employees. Every question I asked, the primary or initial response was no. One of the reasons I picked the property was because of the airport shuttle. Be mindful that it runs from the hotel every half hour, it doesn’t just come to get you. So we called...

"Service was slow in restaurant on Sunday am. Bathroom not fully clean (hairs noticed from previous guests). Room in good shape. Noisy outside as put me in room right outside elevator!?! Why? "

"We enjoy staying here when we come into town for events at the Holland Center. We love shopping on Howard Street and being walking distance from these locations. The room and bed are very comfortable."

"Parking can be crowded but we found spots in their main lot and their overflow lot. There is a breakfast place across the street and an Addy's connected to that. Plus there's an Arcade on the other corner. We got a king suite and it was great. Lots of room"

"There were prior guest clothes hung up in the bathroom. The chairs were heavily stained. There were stains of red liquid on the wallpaper. The shower only has cold water. There was no conditioner in the dispenser. The front desk staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. Would not stay again due to condition of the room. "

"Cleanliness and neatness is excellent. The heating was adequate. Flooring is vinyl, nothing fancy. Breakfast was good but not great. Coffee was not good at all. The biggest issue I had was with outside noise. Due to location, traffic noise is on the high side. Entrance to parking lot is through a gas station driveway, with standing water. The stay was good overall...I give it 3.75 out of 5."

"Newly remodeled and updated. One of the light fixtures didn’t work in the bathroom, which was annoying. Also the back door wouldn’t work with key cards. The person at the front desk ran over when they could hear us trying to get in. Would totally stay again."

"The room was spacious and lovely, with plenty of places to plug in devices, and Crabtree and Evelyn eco-friendly toiletries. Great breakfast, including a taco bar with pulled pork one day and pulled chicken in the next. Bizarre but really good. And on Wednesday night, they had a complementary happy hour with snacks, wine and beer. And the location is perfect right in the heart of downtown across from the stadium. Fully recommend this place and I will stay here again when I return."
