"Well…the best part of our stay was the shuttle service and the amazing drivers! Lyla, Izzy and Lydia went out of their way to accommodate my son and me, and they were friendly, courteous, prompt and always FUN! Sadly, Magnolia is discontinuing their shuttle service I hear so that was terrible news! The front desk staff was also nice and our room, beds, service, everything was great! I’m just so sad about losing the shuttle service. I hope Magnolia recognizes the value of those employees and...

"Great location to enjoy Omaha city centre. Close by the Old Market area, arenas and night life. This property is in a very structurally sound historic property which was formerly a U.S. Post Office. Parking nearby and accessible to city sites on foot. Comfortable clean rooms and very quiet."

"Check in staff was far from welcoming. The coldest check-in I have ever experienced. Rooms - no water offered (even to pay for) Rooms are so small it is like being back at a college dorm. Great theme and could be a great experience - needs some work. Pay more attention to the guests"

"Hotel was awful and full of families with tons of kids for wrestling tournament, could not sleep so noisy.....no where to park...already made reservation and paid, otherwise we woukd have went elsewhere. They will grilling and drinking beer in the parking lot also......"

"This hotel had a good location. It was relatively close to the airport, and the little millwork area has some good restaurants. Probably a 10 minute walk to Creighton University.I was generally underwhelmed by this property primarily due to the employees. Every question I asked, the primary or initial response was no. One of the reasons I picked the property was because of the airport shuttle. Be mindful that it runs from the hotel every half hour, it doesn’t just come to get you. So we called...

"Service was slow in restaurant on Sunday am. Bathroom not fully clean (hairs noticed from previous guests). Room in good shape. Noisy outside as put me in room right outside elevator!?! Why? "

"There were no microwaves in the rooms, the pool was cold when it was supposed to be heated, the beds were hard as rocks, and there were homeless people living in the stairwells. The breakfast was good though."

"Our room was supposed to be a double queen bed and it was just one queen bed + pull out couch (which had a stain on couch.) The bathroom was not especially clean — hair on the floor. The pool was not very warm. The breakfast was good! "

"I was charged $68 for parking for one night. The phone number doesn't work and the customer service line wouldn't explain it to me. "

"The overall hotel was nice. Rooms were well kept and the property itself was very clean. Extra supplies were brought promptly. However, there were a couple issues that we had that were not addressed to our satisfaction. The parking lot that we had to pay for had no available spots and nothing was done to fix it. There was also a loud party that staff did nothing to address even though it was after quiet hours and they had you sign an acknowledgment that there was no tolerance. "
