"The first room they gave us had a bad shower drain and the thermostat didn’t work. I feel like these things should have been fixed before renting out the room. We changed rooms which was mostly seamless, but the thermostat was hard to use so that was frustrating. The staff was mostly helpful, especially Luis who is their maintenance guy. The parking is overpriced we just chose to park on the street for a fraction of their rate."

"The clerk who checked us in was very friendly. Evening reception with 2 free drinks? Yes please! The room had a separate living room/sitting area. The room was huge! Breakfast the next morning is the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Embassy Suites has now spoiled me. I will look for them wherever we travel!"
