"Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. The valet was friendly and efficient. Front desk was perfect. Room was amazing. Clean and comfortable. All 3 restaurants were 10/10. Willlow and Ivy food was to die for. Still dreaming about the beef carpaccio and branzino. Sweeney’s is a great little Irish pub. Nicely poured Guinness. Great pub food. The Irving is a perfect place for a late night cocktail. Room service at all hours. Stayed a few times and can’t wait to go back! The new(ish)...

"This place is *solid.* Interior doors swing silently and close with a pleasing click. Layout is smart, using the space well. Breakfast area is an in-your-lap situation, but there's nothing keeping guests from taking stuff back to their suites. This is now a go-to for our Boston excursions. "

"The room was large enough to accommodate our family of 4, the queen beds are super soft and comfortable, pillows are plush. Bathroom was clean, plenty of towels, and shower was nice and warm, no lack of hot water. We used the pool located on the 5th floor, it’s one of the larger indoor pools you’ll find in a Boston hotel, my kids loved it. Great location with the Copley Mall attached and close proximity to the Copley T stop as well as the Back Bay T station, Newbury St shopping minutes away....

"Perfect stay! The hotel was in a great location, less than a 5 minute walk from Fenway Park and a ton of restaurants/bars. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was free, although the options were slightly limited. I will say that we arrived for breakfast during the last 30-45 minutes of it though, so that could have played a role in the limited options. Overall, I had a great time and would GLADLY stay again."

"At the beginning, I booked only 1 night here, however after I lived here, I couldn’t help keeping booking one night more and more, Even sharing bathroom, couldn’t bother me too much about that, And I had been kept Stayed at Room 301(Sturfs) for all my stay here, which is a Small but Warm room with romantic view of Commonwealth Eve in the snow, and a small white shelf with a Lot Of Wonderful Books. Breakfast are Healthy, Coffee and Tea are nice and supplied in 24 hours. If there is not a...
