"The accommodation is very good value for money. Nice facilities. The food in the restaurant is excellent and at a very reasonable price. Just one small complaint. We arrived in a torrential downpour, but had to wander around the site in the dark looking for our chalet. I thought a little buggy to help travellers would be a good idea."

"The property is a little on the outskirts of town and Uber is not a thing in Florence, so you have ahead for traveling into town, but it’s a very cozy and clean property, great for a quick trip to the beautiful city of Florence."

"Overall it was a nice stay in Florence. Not too much to complain with the actual place besides the AC not working in the main bedroom. The location wasn’t great, it’s quite a bit further away from the city center than we thought. Taxis are expensive and the bus system is confusing. "

"This home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The area was quiet and there's a nice grocery store within walking distance. However, it was quite difficult to find the house when we first arrived and communication was difficult - we had to call more than once to finally talk to someone to allow us entrance. Putting the address in GoogleMaps is not helpful, as it takes you to the wrong building. It is also not in a good location if you plan to travel to Florence's central - no Uber/Lyft/taxi was...
