"Beautiful B&B on a hill, but walkable to the bay and wharf and many dining options. The Bay Area is a little tacky with pin ball, casinos bars etc, but we had a very nice dinner at a spot called “Local” and it was walking distance to our lodging."

"Rite near the beach and town yet not noisy. Clean and tidy room easy to find and free parking and wifi. Family that own and run it were amazing so friendly chatty. Had lovely cup of tea and chat wiv them the morning we left. Defo come again. Infact we booked again for aug already "

"Chaz and Kelly, the owners could not have been more helpful. Although they did not do a breakfast or have a dining room, they made up a wonderful breakfast hamper, delivered to your room at your convenience, which including a bacon or sausage bap, amongst many other items. The room was quite smalll but beautifully and tastfully decorated with a lovely view of the grassed garden which also served as a car park. Thank you and I certainly hope to return,"

"Fairly new hotel & clean. Bed comfortable. Room serviced daily. Shower =rain shower & a body spray. Breakfast disapointing. Scrambled eggs made with powdered egg. You could order other eggs & hash browns e.g poached/fried etc but this is not advertised & is very slow to arrive Yoghurt but no fruit to accompany it apart from sliced melon & prunes??"

"I absolutely love this little, and very friendly, B&B. Second visit here and already planning my next one. You cannot go wrong - short walk to the town, quiet location, fab rooms and a very pleasant stay!"

"The rooms were clean and well serviced. The bed was solid and comfy. The staff were very helpful. I saw people have had issues with the water pressure in the showers. I waited about twenty seconds for the pump to kick in and it was a great shower. Comments about the walls being thin. On the first night I had nightmare neighbours. But Steve promptly dealt with them and no more noise. Simples. I was there for 5 nights. Had different, more courteous neighbours during the rest of my stay. No...

"I found the hotel perfect for a short stay in Torquay. Only a 10 minute walk to the seafront and free parking just outside the entrance. I had a lovely cooked breakfast every morning with some extra treats. Really friendly place and I'm going back there in the summer. I'm using the hotel as a base to meet my friends who return to Torquay twice a year."

"Care to spot the entrance to the hotel is needed, as the road is busy. The hotel is comfortable. We had a problem finding the room, as the numbers of the rooms aren’t sequential. It would be useful to be told that when checking in as it was confusing. We attended a concert and it was lovely to have a room and avoid an hour’s drive home afterwards. "
