"Very smart well equipped apartment. it had everything you could need. Superb location with great terrace and views.. Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, great lounge and kitchen. If you are going into Torquay go through the garden and down the steps, very quick and easy (we got taxis back!). We did struggle a bit with the electric ceiling heating, although the instructions were comprehensive it was difficult to know if it worked."

"My overall rating of 4 stars is based on the fact that the description and photos given are incorrect. The settee shown in the photo has been changed to a very uncomfortable and grubby replacement. The info in the apartment states the same settee as shown in the photo, this is misleading information. I booked the apartment on the assumption that the settee and chair would be the same as shown. As I suffer with a bad back our holiday had to be cut short, solely due to poor seating. Having said...

"The apartment was great, due to being a ground floor apartment they need to focus on the mustiness and either let people know if it’s dog friendly or cigarette friendly!! Jo was super good if there was an issue apart from the Wi-Fi was not great!!!!! Basics need to be looked at like a bottle opener, bought one and left it for the next occupants, all in all would stay there again."

"Amazing location! Car parking just around the corner is you struggle to get parking on the street outside. Everything you need in the apartment! Both bed and sofa bed were super comfy! Only thing I would say for apartment 30 is to get curtains rather than just net in the living room as I slept on the sofa bed and could see people outside in the morning so they could defo see me! But honestly, had the best time! "

Situated just a 30 min walk from the harbour, it is also on a main bus route and less than a 5 mins walk from a good sized Co-Op, The Kents pub & restaurant and several cafe's, bars etc. The apartment is finished to a very high standard, with every amenity you need for a short break. "Comfortable & convenient location to town/harbour Nicely decorated It was a last min booking due to our holiday being cancelled & this little gem certainly put a smile back on our faces We couldn't use the tight parking space as we own a large ford torneo, however we were forwarned about this & were able to park on the road so not a problem Highly recommend & would love to return again sometime"
