  • Un encantador y luminoso apartamento en planta baja con vistas panorámicas de Torbay. 2 pasos a la entrada.
    Todo en la planta baja.

    Sala de estar: con TV con canales Freeview, reproductor de DVD, base para iPod, reproductor de CD con una selección de CD, sofá cama individual y puerta francesa que conduce al balcón.

No fumar. 3 Linden Court es un apartamento amplio y luminoso de una habitación, con vistas a Brixham y Torbay. Con el centro de la ciudad y el puerto a un corto paseo, esta es la ubicación perfecta si buscas disfrutar de un ritmo de vida más lento.

    En el interior, el apartamento es luminoso y espacioso, con una decoración discreta y una iluminación contemporánea. La sala de estar, la cocina y el comedor de planta abierta tienen unas vistas realmente impresionantes del puerto, maravillosas para poner sus pies frente al televisor y disfrutar de una noche relajante. Para las noches en las que no tiene ganas de aventurarse, el área de la cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar una tormenta.

    El apartamento tiene la ventaja añadida de un balcón privado, una vez más, aprovechando al máximo esas espectaculares vistas. Amueblado con mesas y sillas, podrás sentarte por horas y ver pasar el mundo.

    El centro de la ciudad y el ajetreado puerto están a poca distancia a pie, así que un paseo por las tiendas, una copa perezosa por la tarde o una porción tradicional de pescado y papas fritas se encuentran a minutos del 3 Linden Court. Encontrará Breakwater Beach un poco más adelante, y las populares ciudades costeras de Torquay y Paignton están cerca.

We really enjoyed our holiday in this beautiful appartment. It is clean and extremely comfortable with all the amenities you need for a relaxing break. The views from the terrace are amazing and it is only a short walk downhill to the town. The owner Janet was very helpful contacting us beforehand to answer any questions and check everything was ok. A fantastic apartment.Location and view can not be bettered.Parking a extra Local amenities great ,with a friendly atmosphere. Pleasant walk down but at a certain age you need a taxi back. We must have enjoyed it as we have already booked twice for next year.

Brixham is one of Devon's Gems, and Linden Court is one of Brixhams best positioned properties, you could spend a day sightseeing from the apartments balcony. On arrival, best advice is park up in the alloted slot, and leave the car until its your last day, best walking everywhere. Lots of places to eat, Simply Fish, The Guardhouse and On The Rocks come highly recommended, Co-Op and Tesco 10 minutes walk away. Dropped a point because the times we ate in, the kitchen utensils and appliances on offer are a bit lacking , ie blunt chopping knives made food prep awkward and minimal condiments other than salt and pepper, and no 1 pint beer glasses ! The flat is easily big enough and comfortable for 2, additional guests on the pullout sofa bed in the lounge. Will return, this was our second stay at Linden Court in 4 years.

I've stayed in Linden Court many times in the last five years but this was the first time at number 3. I have to say in terms of comfort & fixtures & fittings it is the best of the apartments that I've stayed in. It was also nice to get a welcome (text) message from the owner Janet the day before due arrival; a first in the ten or so holidays I've had at Linden Court, a very nice touch. Lots of nice extras bundled in including shower gels, soap, shampoo & conditioner & free tea, coffee, milk as well as jams & confectionery. A lovely place to stay in a beautiful (largely) unspoilt Devon resort.

It had everything we needed in it and was very comfortable and the added little touches of gifts of fudge, jam, marmalade, tea in a little gift set was lovely. Would definitely recommend it to others and would stay here again myself.
