The Space:
This lovely apartment is a comfortable home away from home and has more than enough space for up to 3 guests (with use of sofa bed). The large open plan living area features a large sofa, armchair and a smart Tv as well as a dining table to enjoy meals. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals at home. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, perfect for streaming TV (e.g Netflix), and all your browsing, social media and emailing needs. The comfortable bedroom features a king sized bed made up with crisp hotel linen, as well as a desk/dressing table and plentiful storage space for clothes. There is also a sofa bed in the living area for 1 additional guest if required for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking). The modern and clean bathroom features a powerful shower and includes complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the entire apartment.

Located in the town centre within a modern development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep. Rotherham United's New York Stadium is just 10 minutes walk away. Rotherham Central Train station is also just a 10 minute walk or short taxi ride away.

Getting Around:
Rotherham can be easily navigated on foot, and you will find everything you need within a short distance of the apartment.
The main train station as well as the bus interchange are just a 10 minute walk away

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
