"Beautiful new hotel, although space is still tight, it is well thought out and beautifully designed. There is slight road noise coming through the windows though, so sound proofing could have been better. Overall, recommended!"

"The room is very spacious and clean. It is very well suited for family stays. It has a little kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. The staff are very friendly yet professional, specially Charles and Yoyo who are extremely helpful. The location is also wonderful, it’s quiet but near transit and is almost about 20 minutes away from the busy tourist hubs in Tokyo. Will go back tot his hotel in our next visit."

"The hotel rooms are about five floors within a much larger building. The room was very nice and incredibly clean. There’s some small snacks and drinks within the mini bar that are free and replenished within the room every day. The hotel staff are very nice and courteous. Hotel location is great right by the H train."

"This was my first stay at an Intercontinental hotel, needless to say I will definitely be returning. From the beginning of my arrival to the check out, I was treated like a king by all the staff. I didnt have to lift a finger getting my luggage from my cab to my room or my room to the airport. Check in was seamless.
