"We stayed at Grand Hyatt Tokyo on the 6th floor, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The bathroom felt quite neglected, there were visible cracks in the shower area and overall cleanliness could have been better, with small details that made it feel a bit dirty and not well maintained. "We had a terrible time doing business with the staff. Our flight arrived early then they’re checking is at three in the afternoon. They didn’t accommodate us not one bit. It was all about money. We didn’t even get water for sitting very difficult to charge our phone. I wouldn’t advise this hotel to anybody. I know they were very unsympathetic to our needs once again. "Das Zimmer und Hotel war sehr sauber, alle wirklich freundlich und für Tokioverhältnisse war das Zimmer sogar ganz groß. Auch cool war unten gab es ein Cafe, dass heißt der Kaffee am morgen war gesichert. Super Zentral und toller Blick auf den Tokio Tower. Leider sind die Zimmer nicht gut abgedichtet und Nachts war es schon laut durch den Straßenlärm. Mit Oropax konnte man es aber dennoch gut aushalten. "
