"Our room 211 was clean inside but there was cigarette butts in a bowl on the private porch, a beer can and a bucket of some kind of dead fish. We enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back 😊"

"My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇"

"What a great location for us! Cool house with access to so much in Fulton/Rockport area. We wanted to explore one of the last Texas coastal areas we havent seen. Easy walking distance to quality shops, dining & beach/coastal activities. The home is a little older but very comfotable and homey....Definitely would stay here again. "
