"You should really try the place right next door. The shelf to hold your soap (or anything) in the shower was just missing. The shades don't block enough of the exterior lighting at night. It was a little dirty, the parking is silly, and the tvs don't even give you access to any of your own streaming services. I will pick a different place next time."

"The property has a private fishing pier.
The problem I had was checking in and paying for the room. I paid for 3 nights when I checked in. Later, I received a second charge that went through my bank account. I was told at checkout that someone did this the wrong way. I can’t give a positive feedback until I get my money back."

"We liked the facility. We liked being able to cook our own food in the room. Ironically this led to our only complaint. Another resident across the hall had cooked and burnt some spicy Indian food and it stunk up the whole floor with harsh smoke that left us choking. That’s not the hotels fault but it happened."

"Our room was clean. When your walking around the motel employees some not all will be smoking.
On our last day there while packing up we left a fishing net on the picnic table. We went back to get it and it was gone. When asking the employees none of them said they saw it.
I asked for the camera to be looked at and was told know one could do it till Monday. As of today I still have not heard anything. The employees were not helpful. I do feel it was a certain employee who took it. We will not...

"Unbeatable Value and Top-Notch Hospitality in Aransas Pass!
We had a fantastic experience at Conn Brown Harbor Inn during a quick impromptu weekend trip. The value here is incredible—what we paid for our entire three-day weekend stay was equivalent to what a single night usually costs at a standard hotel.
The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Every area of the property was exceptionally clean, including the parking lot, lobby, hallways, and guest rooms. We were...
