"Stayed here to see the Harry Potter play and it is close enough to walk to. Great location. Time square almost right there. Clean and friendly. They lock the front entrance at midnight and you need a room key to get in or be buzzed in by the front desk, also need a room key to access the hotel rooms in the elevator before selecting the floor, which are both nice security features for those worried about that. Would stay again."

"Location is perfect. It was the best priced hotel that was nice out of dozens I looked at. Restaurant and bar in the hotel. We got back from a concert at 11 and all of the elevators were not working. There was 100-150+ people in line for an hour waiting. My mother had 3 knee surgeries. Walking to the 36th floor was not an option. It was not a pleasant time but things happen. It was not the hotel’s fault, it just happened and although we were all annoyed, it was remedied by midnight. An...

"Overall I give them like a 4.3! The property was clean, easily walkable to the shopping in the area and the food was good. I had the sea bass and it was quite tasty! The bar tenders were nice and the dinner service was good. The room was clean I think every other day so I didn’t get turn down service but that was ok."

"Junior, the hotel clerk that checked us in was very welcoming. Jenny the gift shop hostess was super kind and helpful. The location was near Broadway and the rooms were comfortable and well serviced. Definitely a 5 star experience 😀"

"Hotel was lovely, we were a family of 4 and stayed in a connecting room overlooking Broadway. Super clean bedrooms with plenty of room for the 4 of us. The pastries and coffee were very tasty from the bakery next door for breakfast served by very friendly staff. Could have perhaps offered slightly more than $10 though. All in all a fantastic hotel."

"The Pod 51 is not for people who need space in their rooms. The hotel is staffed by a very nice and helpful crew. I would consider staying there again, but the room size is a deterrent. The neighborhood is great."

"This hotel was a perfect spot for seeing some shows and being NYC tourists! The room was very comfortable and clean and had a nice (side) view of Times Square, and was very quiet even though there was a ton going on. It was also super easy to get to the subway when we needed it. I’d definitely stay there again especially since we got a good deal on the room for the location."

"I recently stayed for eight nights while visiting my daughters. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the housekeeping efficient. I especially enjoyed the ambiance of the main floor lounges and bar in the late afternoons. Also, there are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood if you don't want to venture far. I would definitely stay here again."
