When we got to our room the thermostat was set on 65 and rhe room was at 78 so we turned it down to 60 and took a shower thinking it would go down and it didnt. I went to the front desk they said they would send someone up. They then told us it was fixed it was not it was actually hotter in tge room and then we were told we could not switch rooms because we used the shower already. Hours and hours later it was finally fixed. We watched the maintenance guy take 4 buckets of water out of the AC unit which means the first two people didnt do anything. For the price of this room i thought it was very poor service and i will never stay at this hotel again.

See google - but in short they ran out of sheets and the one blanket that was on my bed was dirty. Their WiFi was also out the first day I was there.

My company had three rooms at the hotel. Each one of us had issues with our room. They included everything from lights that worked part of the time, lack of hot water, lack of a working toilet, lack of a working fridge.

I was so nervous to stay here based on all the reviews. The 1st floor AC was working and our room on the 2nd floor was working. So, our stay was comfortable. However, I ran into a guest who's room was 86 degrees on the 3rd floor. That needs to be fixed once and for all. Also, the number is a non-working number for the hotel. I asked the front desk staff about it and she says it's too busy for them to accept calls. This is very odd since every hotel should have a working number. Also, I never saw a line or people at the desk when we were there. This is a MUST fix a long with the AC for all guests. You can't just keep say you are working on it in the review replies. I still gave a 5 star review based on my specific stay due to their price, location and cleanliness and temp of my room.

Wet eclectic hotel but did not have any cups in room, no ice bucket or complementary water. Staff gave me cups and ice, but we had to go out and buy some water. Television did not have any current shows or news available. Good location for cruise terminal and area in general.

Hotel is just good to have a convenient place to sleep. It’s walkable from the Midtown ferry and to Times Sq. It’s strange having a window facing the hallway where everyone could look inside while passing if you not having your blinds all the way down. Hotel room doesn’t provide any fridge, microwave, or ironing stuff. Very simple. If you don’t mind the loud AC in the room- we didn’t we fell asleep due to all the walking. Bedding hat only one sheet on top of the blanket which we flipped around since there was no bed sheet below the blanket. Overall if you don’t have big expectations and want a budget friendly hotel. It’s ok. Front desk staff was nice and very helpful.

The hotel was pretty clean. The room was quiet, we were on the 3rd floor. The AC really didn’t get the room cool, thank goodness there was a fan in the room. There was no where to store clothes. There was not a dresser or closet. I would stay again but not during the hot time of summer for fear of the AC not cooling the room.

It has potential for greatness. Know that the property has been struggling to get air/hear replaced for some time now. When I first arrived to check-in, I was informed that the entire building didn't have air and wouldn't during my two night stay. Thankfully, Christina, the manager, found a room (246) that had air and that was great. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Easy to move around. All that's good but... This is a no frills place. No restaurants. No closet in the room. No cups in the room even, nor a safe (for belongings). Comfortable bed and very clean. It has potential.
